When will i get my stuff?
LISTED PRODUCTION TIMES:
– Standard apparel typically ships in 1-3 business days. – Embroidery, Mugs, All Sublimation & Custom hand-made products may take around 1-6 business days.
– United States:
+ Standard (2 – 7 Business Days)
+ Express (1 – 3 Business Days)
+ Standard (14 – 28 Business Days)
+ Expedited (7 – 14 Business Days)

When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
Shipping multiple orders
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.
Shipping to multiple locations
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
If you have made a mistake and chose the wrong address to be delivered. Not to worry, you can change your address within the first 12 hours.
Customs charges and delays
Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which is out of our control. For more information, please contact your local Customs office.
I never received my package, what should I do?
– Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.
– For United States orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 20 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 20 days and tracking data is showing, please be patient and wait for the delivery to arrive. If your item has not arrived within the time frame, contact Customer Service at: [email protected] and we will do our best to help you!
– We do not process a refund/reprint in the following cases:
– Your order did not arrive due to circumstances beyond your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested). Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country’s customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing “delivered” in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but getting lost).
